چکیده

Abstract -In this paper, the problem of H∞ filtering design is studied for nonlinear sampled-data systems using the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy model approach. Traditionally, the sufficient conditions for the existence of such H∞ filter are characterized in terms of the solution of a differential Hamilton-Jacobi inequality with jumps, which is equivalent to solving the partial differential inequalities. There is no analytic solution for this nonlinear partial differential inequalities in general. First, in this study, the T-S fuzzy model is proposed to represent a class of nonlinear sampled-data systems. Next, using the T-S fuzzy model, the H∞ fuzzy filtering design problem for nonlinear sampled-data systems is characterized in terms of a linear matrix inequality problem (LMIP). Hence, the H∞ fuzzy filter of nonlinear sampled-data systems can be given via solving linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) instead of a differential Hamilton-Jacobi inequality with jumps.

Robust H∞ Filter Design for Uncertain Fuzzy Descriptor Systems: LMI-Based Design

This paper examines the problem of designing a robust H∞ filter for a class of uncertain fuzzy descriptor systems described by a Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model. Based on a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach, LMI-based sufficient conditions for the uncertain nonlinear descriptor systems to have an H∞ performance are derived. To alleviate the ill-conditioning resulting from the interaction o...

Robust Fuzzy Gain-Scheduled Control of the 3-Phase IPMSM

This article presents a fuzzy robust Mixed - Sensitivity Gain - Scheduled H controller based on the Loop -Shaping methodology for a class of MIMO uncertain nonlinear Time - Varying systems. In order to design this controller, the nonlinear parameter - dependent plant is first modeled as a set of linear subsystems by Takagi and Sugeno’s (T - S) fuzzy approach. Both Loop - Shaping methodology and...

Robust Sampled-Data Control Design of Uncertain Fuzzy Systems with Discrete and Distributed Delays

Nonlinear time-delay systems appear in many engineering systems and system formulations such as transportation systems, networked control systems, telecommunication systems, chemical processing systems, and power systems. Hence, it is important to analyze and synthesize such time-delay systems. Considerable research on nonlinear time-delay systems has been made via fuzzy system approach in (2),...

A New Fuzzy H∞ Filter Design for a Class of Nonlinear Continuous-Time Dynamic Systems

This paper studies fuzzy hyperbolic H∞ filter for signal estimation of nonlinear continuous-time systems with state time delay. The fuzzy hyperbolic model (FHM) can be used to establish models for certain unknown complex systems. Furthermore, the main advantage of using the FHM over the Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy model are that no premise structure identification is needed and no completeness design o...
